Be mindful of language and behavior that might exclude or alienate others.

Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for people of all backgrounds and identities.

Respect the personal space and boundaries of others.

Obtain permission before taking photographs or recordings of individuals.

Acknowledge the contributions and ideas of others, giving credit where it is due.

Engage with the community by asking questions, sharing knowledge, and providing feedback.

Attend sessions, workshops, and events on time and actively participate.

Contribute positively to discussions and help create a dynamic and vibrant community.

Do not share personal information about other participants without their consent.

Respect the privacy of others, both in person and online.

Follow the guidelines for confidentiality and data protection as outlined by React Indore.

Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:

Verbal or written comments that reinforce social structures of domination (related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion).

Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.

Harassing photography or recording.

Sustained disruption of talks or other events.

Inappropriate physical contact.

Unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event without a refund.

No refund will be provided for event registration under any circumstances.

Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the community.

If you are subjected to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a community organizer as soon as possible.

Reports can be made by contacting the event organizers directly or through the contact details provided on the React Indore website.

All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

This Code of Conduct applies to all community-related activities, including in-person and online events, workshops, social media interactions, and other communication channels.
